Irvine
Regional park is surrounded by Oak and Sycamore trees.
Barbeques and tables are throughout entire park. With
parking and restrooms nearby. A paved bicycle and
walking trail go's through the central park making it
easily accessable to six playgrounds, four softball
fields, two horse shoe pits, volleyball courts and
lagoon.
Sycamore Hill group area is the newest
reservable private picnic area. Requests for this area
should contact the Irvine Park Railroad at
(714)997-3968. |
- Concessions:
Bicycle and
aquacycle rentals are located adjacent to the historic
boathouse. Rentals are available throughout the
summer, weekends and holidays.
Children's pony rides are
provided 11:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m., weekends and
holidays.During summer vacation, the rides are open
everyday, except Monday.

4,000 acres of wilderness and natural
open space land. Within the park are mature oaks,
sycamores, and elderberry trees, two year round streams
and over 30 miles of trails. Many endangered
plants and animals live in this park. It is designated

Composed of 4.1
acres, four historic buildings and associated structures
for maintenance and public restrooms.These historic
buildings span the early history of the Saddleback
Valley and El Toro area from the Mexican Rancho era
(Serrano Adobe, circa 1863).
Guided tours through
the buildings are provided for the public Wednesday
through Sunday. The grounds are also available for
weddings. A popular event here is the annual
Victorian Christmas held on the first Saturday of
December.
